Brooklyn is a proud second generation realtor who grew up with a keen interest in business and real estate always counting her dad, Bob Kalista’s, lawn signs and and trying to make sense of market share – She literally grew up in open houses, and having an ear in on countless negotiation phone calls! Having entered the industry at a young age she has been able to create a successful business and team and additionally become the owner of Royal LePage Community Realty - fulfilling her childhood dream.

Brooklyn is the creator and lead of the Brooklyn Kalista Real Estate Team. Offering her clients much more than real estate experience and expertise, Brooklyn brings energy, determination and a positive spirit to the relationship. Brooklyn is a driven working mom with a daughter that is ingrained into her business - family is a large part of her life, and when she isn't pursuing business or real estate she can be found being active, walking in Police Point, spending time with her family and friends or enjoying coffee or a meal at one of her favourite local spots. Brooklyn has a big heart, loves to give and always has a positive attitude, charismatic personality and can often be found with a smile on her face.
Throughout her years in real estate she has been known for, and strives to always provide trustworthy, educated service tailored to suit each clients personal needs. Understanding that doing good business comes from making it about the people. Giving back to the industry and community is important - having sat on the Medicine Hat Real Estate Board in previous years and additionally held the title of the youngest President in Canada (2017) Brooklyn knows the value of being involved in every aspect of real estate. She has also donated her time to sitting on the the Medicine Hat Realtors Charitable Foundation board and loved being able to make a difference at a local level. Brooklyn loves to collaborate with small businesses within Medicine Hat and do her part where she can donating time, and money to non for profit organizations and sitting on the committee for the Royal LePage Breast Cancer Golf Tournament; she is committed to being a community builder.

Brooklyn and Chelsey clicked from their first meeting - Chelsey was working on getting her real estate license and Brooklyn was growing her team. The timing was perfect and so was the relationship!
Having started out in an administrative position and being mentored by Brooklyn for a year prior to activating her real estate licence and solidifying her spot as an associate on the Brooklyn Kalista Real Estate Team, Chelsey has had the opportune experience getting into the industry allowing her to provide clients with a great deal of knowledge and support.
Chelsey is loyal, organized and friendly - when working with her you know she will be on time and you can bet you will be greeted with a smile. Chelsey is an animal lover with two dogs and a gecko. When she isn't working she can be found spending time with her family and friends, baking, or being active outside in the summer months playing golf and snowboarding in the winter. Chelsey has taken on the team mentality in creating relationships and being your real estate choice and referral for life, she can't wait to connect with you.
